当店は越前海岸の目の前に位置し、清潔感溢れる寛ぎの店内で、美味しいお料理を召し上がりながら至福のひと時をお過ごしいただけます。
店主は元力士（呼鳥門）で、店内にはゆかりのある横綱をはじめとした力士達の貴重な写真や手形を飾っております。お越しの際には、その大きな手形をぜひご覧下さい。越前の新鮮な食材を、最高の技術とおもてなしで皆様をお迎えいたしております。
Kanihachi sits right in front of the Echizen Coast. In our clean, relaxing dining room you can enjoy a leisurely meal and a truly special moment.
The owner is a former sumo wrestler (ring name: Kochomon), and the restaurant displays precious photographs and handprints of yokozuna grand champions and other wrestlers he is connected with. Be sure to take a look at those huge handprints when you visit. We welcome you with Echizen's freshest ingredients, the best of our skills, and heartfelt hospitality.

お気軽にお食事していただけるテーブル席です。段差が少ないため、足の不自由なお客様やご年配の方にも安心してお入りいただけます。壁には相撲ゆかりの品が飾られています。
Casual table seating for an easy meal. With few steps, it is comfortable for guests with limited mobility and older visitors. The walls are decorated with sumo memorabilia.
小上がり席Raised Tatami Seating
靴を脱いで、ゆったりとくつろいでいただける小上がりのお座敷席です。畳のお席となっておりますので、小さなお子様連れのお客様にも便利にご利用いただいております。
Take off your shoes and relax on our raised tatami seating. The tatami floor makes it especially convenient for families with small children.
