越前がにでのご宴会Echizen Crab Banquet
越前がに漁の解禁は11月6日、当店での提供開始は11月7日から。翌年3月20日までの期間は、最高級の越前がにを使用したご宴会を承ります。
※漁の解禁日は天候により延期になる場合がございます。解禁直後にご来店予定のお客様は、あらかじめ お電話（0778-37-0111） でご確認ください。
ゆでがに、焼きがに、かに刺し、そして当店名物の「蒸しがに」など、様々な調理法でカニの魅力を引き出し、宴席に豪華な花を添えます。本場・越前でのカニのフルコースを贅沢に味わいながら、お仲間との楽しい時間をお過ごしください。
The Echizen crab season opens on November 6, and we serve it from November 7. Until March 20 of the following year, we host banquets featuring the finest Echizen crab.

Boiled crab, grilled crab, crab sashimi and our signature steamed crab (mushi-gani) — we bring out the best of crab in many ways to make your banquet a feast. Enjoy a luxurious crab full course in Echizen, the home of this crab, and a wonderful time with your companions.

Even outside crab season, the sea off Echizen is a treasure trove of delicious seafood. Using fresh fish and shellfish landed every day — some caught by our owner himself — we prepare colorful dishes perfect for a banquet.
From Kanihachi’s signature ikizukuri (live sashimi) to platters of fresh sashimi, we can flexibly adapt to your budget and wishes.
